Christmas Eve Candlelight Services
Join us this Christmas Eve as we gather for a beautiful Candlelight Service, with two times to choose from: 4pm and 6pm. This is a special night where we slow down together, reflect on the hope and joy of the season, and celebrate the light of Christ coming into the world.
After each service, we invite you to linger and enjoy time with one another over hot cocoa, cookies, and s’mores. We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating the wonder of Christmas together!
How We Love Class
Join us for a 9-week class to strengthen your marriage or other relationships through deeper understanding, connection, and intimacy. Using video teaching from Milan & Kay Yerkovich and guided discussions, you’ll gain practical tools to grow together. Singles and dating/engaged couples welcome!

Here's how you can be a part of it:
1. Potluck Lunch!
When: Sunday, December 7th, immediately following our worship service.
Where: Social Hall
What to Bring: Your favorite potluck dish ready to serve! Whether it's a family recipe, a savory casserole, a fresh salad, or a delightful dessert, all contributions are welcome and will add to the feast! The church will provide rice, beans, salad and bread.
2. Service Opportunities!
After we eat, we will transition into impactful serving groups. This is where we truly embody "A Church in Action," extending love and support beyond our walls. Please prayerfully consider where you'd like to serve:
Homebound Visits: Our team will be hanging with those who are homebound. Lets show the love of Jesus by showing support toward those that are unable to physically go to church!
Prison Ministry Information Meeting: In Matthew 25:36 Jesus is calling us to be His Hands and Feet by visiting those in prison. Come hear about how we are currently serving on the women's side of Elmwood and our vision to expand our ministry to the men's side.
Preparing Jail Gift Packets: Prepare 300 gift packets for the men at Elmwood jail. These packets include an activity book, coloring pages and a holiday card with a personal message.
Men's Hangout at CityTeam: Help connect and serve at CityTeam. Lets show the love of Christ to our fellow brothers.
CityTeam and Kid's Club Donations: CityTeam provides a refuge of hope for women and their children facing homelessness, addiction, poverty, and domestic violence. Please bring the following items to the Social Hall.
Diapers and pull-ups, size 4-6, and wipes
New or unused hygiene products
Twin bed sheet sets, blankets, and towels
New and unused underwear and socks: sports bras sizes small, medium and large
New or gently used baby clothes
Jackets/coats for men and children for both CityTeam and Kid's Club
Pancakes and Pajamas
Join us for Pancakes & PJs!
Bring the whole family and join us for a morning filled with Christmas joy! We’ll stack up delicious pancakes, make festive crafts, sing our favorite carols, and enjoy a special telling of the Nativity story by our amazing C3 Drama Team.
Santa will be there for photos so bring your camera!
It’s the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Join us on December 6th 9-10:30am at Christ Community Church $15 per family

Men's Cooking Crew for Pancake & Pajamas
C3 Men!
The Pancakes and Pajamas event on Saturday, December 6th, also needs cooks and food servers! Come and be part of the cooking crew! This will be a great time of fellowship with other guys while supporting the Pancakes and Pajamas event.
We'll assemble at 7:00AM in the church kitchen and break into teams. We’ll then start cooking and serving. We'll finish with kitchen cleanup.

Men's Fall Work Morning
Men of C3!
Get your grubbies on and join us on Saturday morning, November 8, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm for a time of fellowship while working together to care for our C3 campus! We'll be working in teams to do a mix of painting and grounds work. Plenty of donuts and coffee will be provided!
Here's the timeline:
8:30 am to 8:50 am: We'll start with donuts and coffee in the church patio;
8:50 am to 9:00 am: We'll form teams and get our instructions;
9:00 am to 12:00 pm: We'll start work at 9:00 am and end at 12:00 pm. (If you can only make it for a portion of the work time, no worries. Please join us for as long as you can. It's all about getting to know other guys!)

Operation Christmas Child
You can give boys and girls around the world the tangible hope of Christ this Christmas. Provide a gift-filled shoebox along with the Gospel message through Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child (OCC). As a result, families are reached, new churches are started, and communities are transformed. It all begins with you. Please pray for your box and OCC.
Please pick up boxes in the church lobby and return filled boxes by November 16th!

Fall Festival
Family Fall Festival!
SATURDAY OCTOBER 25th from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm
Join us for an evening of games and trick or treating! Wear your favorite costume if you’d like! If you and your family plan on coming, please sign up at the booth in the lobby or HERE.

Candy donation bins will be located in the lobby and coffee shop. Candy donations are greatly appreciated!

Maybe your life group would love to colaborate and create one together!! The kids in the community would love it!!
Hope Cafe
CityTeam's Hope Cafe provides our guests with an exceptional dining experience! Imagine a warm and welcoming dinner with place settings, table hosts, servers, and a gourmet meal. This is more than just a meal. This is a time for our guests to feel loved and valued.
Volunteers are will help with setting up, greeting, serving meals and cleaning up.
There is a dress code and you must be able to walk, bend, lift and stand.

Fall Women's Bible Study and Potluck
Get ready to embark on an incredible journey this fall C3 Ladies! We are so excited to announce the beginning of our Fall Women's Bible Study! Wednesday mornings from 9:30am to 11am in the Coffee Shop!

Love Milpitas Mural Painting
Love Milpitas is an event on September 27th to show the community the love of Jesus. Various projects are available to participate in. C3 is sponsoring the mural/wall painting at Weller Elementary School. This mural with provide a great inspiration to the students. Please consider donating your time and talent to this project. Marriage Group
Get ready for our Marriage Group where we will be watching a video marriage series called "What Happy Couples Know” by Pastor Andy Stanley. C3 Men's Retreat 2025
C3 Men!
Come join us for the C3 Men’s Retreat 2025, September 5-7, at Mission Springs Camp for a weekend of transformation, fellowship and fun!
The focus of our retreat is Being an Intentional Disciple of Jesus. Our session topics and speakers are as follows:
Being Intentional about Your Prayer Life - Kevin Johnson
Being Intentional about Understanding and Applying God's Word - Jeremy Howard
Being Intentional about Your Disciple Relationships - Tom Giovannini
Being Intentional about Acting Like Jesus Where You Live, Work and Play - Pastor Matt Robbins
Being Intentional about Multiplying Yourself - Bill Barnes
The sessions will include time to build relationships with other men and grow together as disciples.
In addition, we’ll have great times of fellowship and fun. On Friday and Saturday evenings we’ll have a firepit, s’mores and board games. On Saturday afternoon we’ll have an exciting, fast-paced “Archery Tag” team event. After this, you’re free to go hiking, play basketball, play volleyball, go swimming, hangout, etc. We’re also looking at setting up a “Zip Line” event if there is enough interest for an optional additional cost.
The event cost includes meals and lodging and depends on the accommodations you choose:
Deluxe Room: $370 per person (2 per room; motel room style)
Standard Room: $290 per person (4 per room; bunk beds and bathroom)
Economy Room: $220 per person (4 per room; bunk beds, dorm-style bathroom)
Please register as soon as possible since space is limited. You can also register a friend. THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS THURSDAY, September 4th.

Kids Club 2025-26
Volunteers needed for our Kids Clubs!
Please consider being a part of Kids Club this year! Kids Club is an afterschool program where we can share the love of Christ in the public schools. Our clubs will be starting in October but we'd like to get our team together and train our volunteers and so we can let the schools know what we can offer!! Rose Elementary will be held on Tuesdays and Randall on Wednesdays! Sign up HERE.

We are also looking to put together a “Planning Team” so if you are interested please contact Renee as well!
C3 All Church Picnic
Come join our All Church Picnic. Everyone is invited! Please bring a dish to share (serving 8-10 folks! i.e., fruit or green salads, vegetable dishes, rice platters, casseroles, etc…) in a disposable container. Please no peanut dishes.
The church will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, chicken, paper goods, and water. We plan to have family games.

There is a $6 vehicle parking fee.
Pets are not allowed at the park.
Respite Event
This Saturday, Children with special needs (development ages from 0-12 years old) and their siblings are invited to join us for an afternoon of FUN!
Volunteers 14+ are needed to be a buddy to a child at the event, share some talent for entertainment, plan some simple recreational games or help with set up or clean-up for the event! If you would like to volunteer or know someone who would benefit from this event please share this information with them. We’d love to have our team together by 7/28/25 so please let us know by then!

Grief Packets for the Jail: Help us assemble compassionate care packages designed to offer comfort and hope to individuals in the jail who are experiencing loss.
Men's Hangout at City Team: Join us as we share time, conversation, and encouragement with men at City Team, building relationships and showing God's love in action. We also need baked desserts to take to share with the men.
"Love Your Neighbor" Gifts: Get creative as we put together a small thoughtful gift to deliver to your neighbors, brightening their day and reminding them they are cared for.
Homebound Visits: A vital opportunity to bring companionship, prayer, and a touch of warmth to members of our church family who are unable to leave their homes.
