Get ready for an afternoon of delicious food, wonderful fellowship, and meaningful service! Please join us for Family Sunday. We will have a potluck followed by serving together. It's a fantastic chance to share a meal, connect with one another, and then put our faith into action right here in our community.

Here's how you can be a part of it:
1. Potluck Lunch!

• When: Sunday, August 3, immediately following our worship service.

• Where: Social Hall

• What to Bring: Your favorite potluck dish ready to serve! Whether it's a family recipe, a savory casserole, a fresh salad, or a delightful dessert, all contributions are welcome and will add to the feast! The church will provide rice, beans, salad and bread.

2. Choose Your Service Opportunity!

After we've shared our meal, we'll transition into impactful serving groups. This is where we truly embody "A Church in Action," extending love and support beyond our walls. Please prayerfully consider which area you'd like to serve in:

• Care Packages for the Jail: Help us assemble care/support packages to help those in jail feel supported.

• Men's Hangout at CityTeam: Join us as we share time, conversation, and encouragement with men at CityTeam, building relationships and showing God's love in action.  - Please donate baked goods for us to take with us.
  

• CityTeam Women's Side Information Meeting: Learn about the ways we can help meet the needs of the women and their children residing at CityTeam.

• Teacher Appreciation Packs: Help create appreciation packs for teachers about to start the new school year.

Come join our All Church Picnic. Everyone is invited! Please bring a dish to share (serving 8-10 folks! i.e., fruit or green salads, vegetable dishes, rice platters, casseroles, etc…) in a disposable container. Please no peanut dishes.

The church will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, chicken, paper goods, and water. We plan to have family games.

Bring: Your side dish and dessert (to share), refillable water bottles, lawn chairs for you and your family, blankets, jackets for evening wear, hats.
There is a $6 vehicle parking fee.
Pets are not allowed at the park.

Get ready to embark on an incredible journey this fall C3 Ladies! We are so excited to announce the beginning of our Fall Women's Bible Study! Wednesday mornings from 9:30am to 11am in the Coffee Shop!

This season, we will be studying The New Testament Historical Books: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Acts. Prepare to grow deeper in your faith as we explore these foundational books together. You can purchase your study book directly on Amazon via this link: The New Testament Historical Books

C3 Men!

Come join us for the C3 Men’s Retreat 2025, September 5-7, at Mission Springs Camp for a weekend of transformation, fellowship and fun!

The focus of our retreat is Being an Intentional Disciple of Jesus. Our session topics and speakers are as follows: 

• Being Intentional about Your Prayer Life - Kevin Johnson

• Being Intentional about Understanding and Applying God's Word - Jeremy Howard

• Being Intentional about Your Disciple Relationships - Tom Giovannini

• Being Intentional about Acting Like Jesus Where You Live, Work and Play - Pastor Matt Robbins

• Being Intentional about Multiplying Yourself - Bill Barnes

The sessions will include time to build relationships with other men and grow together as disciples. 

In addition, we’ll have great times of fellowship and fun. On Friday and Saturday evenings we’ll have a firepit, s’mores and board games.  On Saturday afternoon we’ll have an exciting, fast-paced “Archery Tag” team event.  After this, you’re free to go hiking, play basketball, play volleyball, go swimming, hangout, etc.  We’re also looking at setting up a “Zip Line” event if there is enough interest for an optional additional cost.

The event cost includes meals and lodging and depends on the accommodations you choose:

• Deluxe Room: $370 per person (2 per room; motel room style)

• Standard Room: $290 per person (4 per room; bunk beds and bathroom)

• Economy Room: $220 per person (4 per room; bunk beds, dorm-style bathroom)

Please register as soon as possible since space is limited.  You can also register a friend.  THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS SUNDAY, August 17.
