Get a taste of the diverse food, music, traditions and languages of a subcontinent that spans the mighty Himalayan mountains in the north and the scenic Kanyakumari coast in the south. Please bring your dish to the roll-up counter at the kitchen prior to the service and indicate whether it should be kept warm, refrigerated, or at room temperature.
