Get ready for an afternoon of delicious food, wonderful fellowship, and meaningful service! Please join us for Family Sunday. We will have a potluck followed by serving together. It's a fantastic chance to share a meal, connect with one another, and then put our faith into action right here in our community.

Here's how you can be a part of it:
1. Potluck Lunch!

• When: Sunday, October 5th, immediately following our worship service.

• Where: Social Hall

• What to Bring: Your favorite potluck dish ready to serve! Whether it's a family recipe, a savory casserole, a fresh salad, or a delightful dessert, all contributions are welcome and will add to the feast! The church will provide rice, beans, salad and bread.

2. Service Opportunities!

After we've shared our meal, we'll transition into impactful serving groups. This is where we truly embody "A Church in Action," extending love and support beyond our walls. Please prayerfully consider where you'd like to serve:

• Succulent Neighbor Gifts: We will be creating potted succulents and loving on our local community by gifting these out.

• Blessing Bags: Help create blessings bags for the unhoused community. Please donate socks, water, wet wipes, and granola bars.

• Men's Hangout at CityTeam: Help connect and serve at CityTeam. Lets show the love of Christ to our fellow brothers. Please donate desserts for us to take that day.

• Homebound Visits: Hangout and connect with those are homebound.

• CityTeam Collection: We are collecting items for the women at CityTeam every month on Family Sunday. CityTeam provides a refuge of hope for women and their children facing homelessness, addiction, poverty, and domestic violence. Please bring the following items to the Social Hall: Diapers and pull-ups, size 4-6, and wipes, hygiene products, full size and twin bed sheet sets, blankets, towels, new underwear and socks: sports bras sizes small, medium and large, new or gently used baby clothes.

• CityTeam Women's Info Meeting: Women come here about the three areas we are supporting at CityTeam and how you can get involved with them.
